Rabi Narayan Pal, is the Managing Partner of the Firm and apart from creating efficient structures and innovative solutions he also has the responsibility of managing key client relationships. He is actively involved in rendering of high value-added professional services and is the head of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory and Consultancy Practices.
Rabi Narayan Pal was born in Cuttack, Orissa in 1971. His father was a Teacher and he spent most of his childhood living in small Eastern Indian towns like Hindol, Angul and Dhenkanal. He moved to Chennai in the year 1993.
Rabi Narayan did his Graduation in Commerce from Utkal University, Orissa. He also did his Graduation in Law from the same University and became Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India and holder of Certificate of practice since October, 2000.
He began his career as Management Training with M/s.Ashok Leyland Limited in 1995 and with the practical experience has thereon successfully risen to handle multidimensional secretarial assignments.
He was the co-founder of M/s.Nagarajan & Rabi Associates, a firm of Company Secretaries. Mr.Rabi Narayan, has considerable expertise in developing and managing the growth of organizations. He has significant industry experience in the areas of Laws and Regulations applicable to Companies, but not limited to FEMA and Securities Law, spanning more than a decade, of structuring and managing Listed Companies with Multi National Companies.
He is actively involved in various Compliance Management activities and has presented papers on various topics of professional interest on company law, exchange control laws and Regulatory audit.
He serves as Independent Director on the Board of Aparajita Compliance Solution Private Limited, engaged in the business of Corporate Compliance Management and XBRL solutions.
V.S.Sowrirajan, born in Tamilnadu in 1958, is Bachelor of Art (Corporate Secretary ship). He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India. He is a also Associated Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Passed Part-I of the Post Graduate in Management Accountancy of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
He began his career as Company Secretary in a Listed Companies and handled one Public Issue and SEBI matters. Provided contents for a Legal Web Site – Sify Legal.
He is the founder of M/s.V.S.Sowrirajan & Associates, a firm of Company Secretaries in the year 2004. Handled assignments in all areas of company law ranging from incorporation to winding up. Fully conversant with e-filing of forms under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

M.Lakshmi Tulasi, born in Andhra Pradesh in 1979 and graduated from Nagarjuna University, A.P as First Class Commerce Graduate in 1999. She qualified as Law Graduate from the same University with Distinction. She is the Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India and holder of Certificate of Practice.
She began her career as Trainee with M/s. Indo National Limited, in Chennai. With the practical experience from thereon she started her profession as Practicing Company Secretary since 2003. She joined Rabi Narayan & Associates, in the year 2011.
She has significant experience in the areas of Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice.
